At TETOTE, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
